Press Release 01/27/2013
On Friday, 01/25/2013, after long and contentious wrangling (involving numerous fist-fights, tirades and smoke-filled back-room deals) the Dead Citizen’s Rights Society formed a political party officially named the Dead Republicans Party (DeRP) in order to field a candidate for the 2016 Presidential Election.
Our candidate, who announced his intention yesterday, 01/26/2013, is Richard M. Nixon (DeRP-Deceased). Bear with us boys and girls, we aren’t quite as advanced as you living folk technologically! Give us a couple of days to get our feet under us and the campaign in full swing! In the meantime, go and get you DeRP membership card from Dead Dick’s Campaign Shop!
